What can I do when a small parcel delivered by China Post Air Mail is missing and customer asks for refund?

We sent out a small parcel by China Post Air Mail at Nov.30th,2010 tracking number #RR931378208CN for our Singapore customer. About a month and a half has passed, but there is still no any news for the goods. Our customer has asked for refund. Anybody has met the similar problem before please kindly tell me your suggestions. Thank you very much!

Thanks you for your answer. The parcel finally arrived though it costs about one and half a month for us to wait. Both of us are happy with its arrival although it costs a long time.

My order Christmas gift 1001187592 Dec.12 is posted by supplier HK Wise Technology Co Ltd Dec.14 Since over 82 days has passed this parcel RR887499306CN is always blocked on Shenzhen Transit Office of Exchange ? There are 3 changes dates of status 15Dec., 8 Jan. and 30 Jan. By Arrivals and Departures , but it turn around on same place . The date dispatch to France is not notified ??? The Aliexpress transaction delay promise is 7days . After 27 days ,the Database has automatically change Jan.9 my order in position: COMPLETED ! And Aliexpress has paid the supplier . This is the fault and ERROR because I have not receive my order at this day . I ask cancel my order and refund my money .But the supplier refuse all my contacts and Aliexpress Customer Service That know well the problem . Cannot solve my juste demand . where are Help Assistance Dispute etc... Paypal has paid my purchase to Aliexpress , it must refund my order not executed .
