FOB means Free On Board Min. Order: 1 Piece FOB Price: US $25-40 means you order more, the price will be lower, if you just order 1 piece, it costs US$40. FOB not include freight cost, in international trade, CIF is much more formal, beacause it confirms who will pay for the insurance and freight cost before the ship leave your port. Hopes help you ! I think you can ask this supplier directly and he will answer you quickly. FOB price is free on board price. It means the price is not include the shipping fee. If you buy products, you should pay for the shipping fee.   US$25-40 means the price of this clothes floats between 25 dollars to 40 dollars because of market changes such as mateiral, customer requirement, etc.
