what should we do if a buyer contacts a seller directly...

HI, It happened that in a deal of a commodity supply...after getting the details of seller..a buyer told the agents that he was not interested in the deal but directly contacted the seller. what can we do in such case and how to avoid such problems

Not to be worried,   It happens very often and common in business,   Key points for a middle man agent:   Dont try to make more profits,import prices are known to all. Attract a client by giving value added services which a distant supplier can't.   Make sure your supplier is with you, Be with one supplier and build your relations by giving good orders.   Inform them about your new client as soon u start dealing with client,  Only supplier can save you from these kind of situations.   "Working for an trusted and honest supplier is the best way"   " Your business runs only on TRUST" dont ever get dis-heartened if somebody by-pass you,if somebody wanna do this then u can never stop them...   Keep moving positively.......   Cheers!!!...
