what should I do??

I'm a new one here and not graduat from college yet,but now I am working in a foreign trade company as an intern.My job is not hard for me, just release products on alibaba, but little inquiry,that confused me very much! who can help me !!!

To be a trade beginner, you should focus on some basic skill. Here are some experiences: 1, Describe the products in detail, that will make you professional and appeal the buyers; 2, Keep online to let the buyers contact you anytime; 3, Networking with every buseniss friends you ever touched, maybe they will be your potential customers; 4, take activities in community such as Ask It! to make yourself famous, everyone would like to do business with an active expert;

Not to be worried, u have just begin a long journey in a good path.   Get prepared well with your products, study the regional markets Target regions list out potential buyers start giving cold calls Start building relations with clients......takes time Never depend on only emails   Little enquiry?...means monlthly 5?..10?   No matter if its only 1 enquiry,your aim should be how to make it an order,you may get 100 enquiries a day,,,,but no use if u cant convert it to an order,so better concentrate on how to attract clients,convince and sell.   Never lose hopes or confidence......once u get an order u will start loving your profession.....have patience and keep working.   Cheers!!..     Modified by MurthyKadam on 29-01-2010 09:10

As a newbie,may be you should 1. Getting familiar with your products first. 2.Learning trading experience from trade forum,colleague,search engine,etc. 3.Posting more products in B2B and repost them frequently. 4.Looking for everydays new buying leads and inquiries from B2B and search engine.and sending promotional emails to them,don't forget to tracing them after 2-3days. 5.Using yellowpage and business directory to find more customers. 6.Using local search engine to looking for more potential customers 7.Writing a good promotional email. 8.Treating every inquiry sincerely and carefully. Not only just waiting for customers to look for you,you should find customers initiatively.
