Defective Items , Seller is not responding to me at all

Hi, Kindly do assit me on this as I recently purchase the kingston 256gb thumbdrive but it is not working at all. What I get is completely different from what it's stated on the website. The most I get is only 2gb memory, and when I tried to send so many emails to seller , He ignored me completely and lastly I did open a dispute , but He has not been responding either. I have seen the thing happen to other after I read on ASK IT and it's the same thing on 256gb thumbdrive. I truly believe that there are seller selling defective items especially on the 256gb thumdive. Kindly do assist me as I do not wish to pay for something defective.
