Order cancelled. How to get my money back?

I have ordered 2 lots of childrens shirts from the supplier Kickclothes Truly on 2nd of January. On 3rd of January the supplier asked me to cancel my order because these shirts are out of stock. I did it and wrote to the supplier. He had to approve the cancelling. But he did not. I have written several e-mails, no answer. Then I have contacted Paypal ( I made payment via Paypal) and my order is frozen now. I also contacted the customer service on 15th of January but there is no reaction. I want my money back but how? Will I get it back? The supplier does not answer, the customer service does not answer. How long do I have to wait? Who can tell me what to do? I am really dissappointed in Aliexpress. This was my first order here.

payment transfer takes some time, but keep on pressing your supplier otherwise he will forget

Is this always like this? I have written so many e-mails to the customer service but I get no response at all. Does this service team exist at all???? I am sure I was scammed, I have tried to reach the supplier but no answer again. And it is really not nice that I can not get any help. I don't understand what is the service team doing. I am in the exact same position. My order was cancelled and then frozen because I contacted paypal. Neither the supplier or the 'customer service team' have answered any of my emails. What can I do???
